Border Economics, Development, and Entrepreneurship Symposium

This symposium was a collaboration of the Network of Border Economics/Red de la Economía Fronteriza (NOBE/REF), the University of Texas–Pan American and the Kauffman Foundation. Its focus was on border economic integration, entrepreneurship, immigration and labor, and related financial and fiscal issues.

      of border-related economic studies.

   • Create a set of border economic indicators.   
   • Establish a collaborative effort on economic
      modeling for the entire U.S. - Mexico border region.
